Bill Andrewsen.

Bill Andrewsen has compiled over 30 years experience in managing complex change with The Dow Chemical Company. Starting from a foundation of chemical plant process design and large project management, Bill expanded his experience by managing groups in such diverse areas as Engineering, Quality Performance, and Training. In the process of growing in these roles, he has become proficient in neutral facilitation, principled negotiation, strategic planning, Dialogue, and other related facilitative leadership skills.

Bill has a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Univ. of California at Berkeley and a Masters Degrees in Chemical Engineering from the Univ. of Colorado. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and has earned Certificates of Completion from the Facilitators Institute in San Francisco and Tennessee Associates Managing for Consistency. Bill is a Master Trainer in Strategic Planning, Creating a High Performance Team, and Problem Solving.
