L.L. Greening.

Ms. Greening is an experienced communication/conflict management specialist. She has extensive experience in dealing with the public on a variety of contentious issues ranging from union/management relations on environmental cleanup projects, landfill sittings and waste management issues to handling law enforcement concerns and various types of employee relations issues. Lori Greening She has served in various positions in the Human Resource field within the Bechtel Corporation, and worked in Public Affairs and Labor Relations on several U.S. Department of Energy contracts across the country related to the environmental cleanup of radioactive and hazardous waste under a contract with the DOE. Additionally, she worked in law enforcement for seven years focusing her efforts on dealing with domestic violence issues in Tennessee communities.

Her master's degree from Michigan State University focused on alternative dispute resolution (negotiation/mediation) of community and environmental conflicts. Additionally, Ms. Greening is a skilled trainer of interpersonal communications, team building, presentation skills, and conflict management strategies, and is a trained and experienced Six Sigma process "Yellow Belt." She has facilitated and mediated conflicts within communities, the court system, and extensively for the past 12 years within Bechtel, DOE/EPA and state environmental organizations.
