Louis Slonski.

Louis Slonski has 7 years of experience as a Human Resource and Labor Relations professional. Louis has held generalist and manager roles in union and non–union manufacturing and distribution operations.

He has experience in complex employee and labor relations issues including team training, managerial counseling, and employee mentoring, design and implementation safety programs, design and implementation of compensation programs and job grades, job analysis and evaluation, as well as strategic partnering to aid in business transition on the shop floor.

Louis possesses a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Illinois—Urbana Champaign and a Master’s in Labor Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
