Maureen McCabe–Power is a management and staff development professional with over 20 years experience. She provides employee relations consulting services to public and private sector clients throughout the United States. She conducts seminars and trains in the areas of new work systems, problem solving techniques, team building skills, labor relations, communications & conflict resolution skills, and managing diversity.

Maureen trains and facilitates the Target Specific Bargaining™ process. Maureen has served as a manager for a midwestern city; in that capacity she negotiated and administered labor contracts. Maureen has a BA from St. Bonaventure, MS from Syracuse University and Master of Labor & Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
