Roger Lane was manager of Contract Labor and Services, DTE Energy Supply Chain Management for 23 years. Prior to 1984 he held the position of Manager of Labor Relations for Townsend and Bottum, Inc. for 13 years. In addition Roger is the founder and chair of the Construction Innovation Forum which is a non-profit organization founded for the purpose of recognizing construction innovation in the United States each year.
