We believe that our aim in delivering products and services to the customer must be driven by the shared objective of making each customer increasingly self-reliant and not continually dependent on HSdg.

We believe that HSdg must fully support the principle of continuous learning for its people and be willing to change its scope and direction based upon that learning.
