Continuous Improvement .

Continuous Improvement is a tool used by management to focus on managing processes and activities. Cost and performance measurements for quality, response time, customer satisfaction, and productivity are established at the process and activity level. It is used in conjunction with activity based costing (ABC) by identifying the cause of non-value added costs.
