The ability to listen, share thoughts and process new information with an open mind is one set of critical success factors. At the heart of these capabilities is how people handle conflicting ideas—i.e. think. HSdg will help a client organization build the capability of its people to think and then communicate more effectively in group settings. The starting point is a Practicing Dialogue Workshop. Following an introduction to basic concepts, practice sessions in the use of Dialogue are conducted with groups of up to 25 people in their work environment. The objective is to learn how Dialogue works and practice this new way of thinking in the context of real situations. HSdg will help organizations learn how to distinguish between the edge of the rut and the horizon called the 21st century.
