Target Specific Problem Solving (TSPS) is a process that involves total participation of all team members. Target Specific Problem Solving allows individuals or groups of employees to solve complex problems together and leads to a high success rate of goal attainment for the organization. Target Specific Problem Solving includes identification of problem areas through brainstorming sessions and the creation of a database in which problem categories are targeted, researched and solved. Information is then either validated or invalidated based on research results. From there a discussion of “needs” and implementation take place and result in a proposed solution to the problem.
